Effects of Sandblasting Conditions on Reflectivity of Light Absorption Layer
To investigate the effect of sandblasting technology on the reflectivity of the light absorbing layer,titanium alloy(TC4)was sandblasted.The effect of abrasive mesh size on the surface morphology,roughness,and coating reflectivity of the substrate was studied,and the sandblasting process was orthogonal optimized with the aim of minimizing reflectivity.The results show that the optimal sandblasting process conditions are,mesh size 150,time 45 s,and pressure 0.4 MPa.Under this process condition,the reflectivity of the light absorption layer is 0.28%.
