相容剂对玻纤增强PP复合材料力学性能的影响

玻璃纤维与分子链缺乏活性基团的聚烯烃(如聚丙烯、聚乙烯等)亲和性较差,共混改性时难以形成有效的界面粘结,而使用相容剂能有效改善两相的界面粘接,提高复合材料力学性能.本文以 4 种不同型号的马来酸酐接枝聚丙烯(PP-g-MAH)为相容剂,研究了相容剂本身特性,含量以及工艺参数对玻纤增强聚丙烯(GF/PP)复合材料力学性能的影响.研究发现配方中相容剂为PC-3,比例为3%时力学性能提升最高,而加工工艺为转速350 rpm,喂料100 kg/h时性能最优.
Effect of Coupling Agent on Mechanical Properties of Glass Fiber Reinforced PP Composites
The affinity between glass fiber and polyolefins(such as polypropylene,polyethylene,etc.)lacking active groups in molecular chains is poor,and it is difficult to form effective interface bonding when blending modification,while the use of compatibilizers can effectively improve the interface bonding of two phases and the mechanical properties of composite materials.In this paper,four different types of maleic anhydride-grafted polypropylene(PP-g-MAH)were used as compatibilizers to study the effects of the compatibilizer properties,content and process parameters on the mechanical properties of glass fiber reinforced polypropylene(GF/PP)composites.The results show that when the type of compatibilizer was PC-3 and its proportion was 3%,the mechanical properties were the highest.Meanwhile,the screw speed was 350 rpm and the throughput was 100 kg/h can get best performance.
