粉煤灰浆体的管道输送性质研究

通过管道输送粉煤灰比铁路、公路、船运等传统运输方式在经济上更可行,本文主要研究浓度、沉降、粒径对浆体流变特性的影响,管道输送浓度是管道设计的重要参数,它对管道输送流速、输送阻力、管径的选择、运行费用都有很大的影响.从流变特性试验结果分析,浆体浓度越大,其流变特性越差,从沉降特性试验结果分析,当浆体浓度从低浓度开始逐渐升高时,浆体沉降速度逐渐减缓,当浆体浓度在50%~55%时,沉降速度显著减缓,浆体稳定性较好.
Study on Pipeline Transport Properties of Coal Fly Ash Slurry
It is more economically feasible to transport fly ash by pipeline than by railway,road and ship.This paper mainly studies the effect of concentration,settlement and particle size on rheological properties of slurry,pipeline transportation concentration is an important parameter in pipeline design,which has great influence on pipeline transportation flow velocity,transportation resistance,pipeline diameter selection and operation cost.According to the results of rheological property test,the bigger the slurry concentration is,the worse its rheological property is.According to the results of settling property test,when the slurry concentration increases gradually from low concentration,the settling velocity of slurry gradually slows down,when the slurry concentration is in the range of 50%~55%,the settling velocity is obviously slowed down and the slurry stability is good.
