水热酸解甘蔗渣制备水溶性碳肥工艺研究

甘蔗渣是一种极具潜力的高值化农业生物质资源.本文以水热法通过单因素试验研究了反应时间、反应温度、硫酸浓度、甘蔗渣与硫酸溶液固液比对甘蔗渣在酸性溶液中水解生成水溶性碳的过程,通过正交试验优化了水解工艺条件,在反应时间为 30 min、反应温度为180℃、硫酸浓度为5.5 mol/L、甘蔗渣与硫酸溶液固液比为1∶16时达到最优,有机质收率为 26.88%.水解产物主要通过断裂3100 cm-1~3500 cm-1 和1032.23 cm-1处官能团而生成.研究结果为甘蔗渣水解制备水溶性碳肥及其应用提供了科学依据.
Hydrothermal Acid Hydrolysis of Bagasse for Water-soluble Carbon Fertilizer
Bagasse is potential high-value agricultural biomass resource.Single-factor experiments were conducted to investigate the factors including reaction duration,temperature,sulfuric acid concentration,the ratio of bagasse mass to the volume of sulfuric solution on the hydrolysis of bagasse for water-soluble carbon by hydrothermal method.The hydrolysis conditions were optimized through orthogonal experiments,which were reaction duration of 30 min,temperature of 180℃,sulfuric acid concentration of 5.5 mol/L and the ratio of bagasse mass to the volume of sulfuric solution of 1∶16,and the yield of organic matter from bagasse was 26.88%.Acid hydrolysis mechanism of bagasse originated from the break of chemical bonds at 3100 cm-1~3500 cm-1 and 1032.23 cm-1.Conclusions provided the scientific basis for the technology and application of water-soluble carbon fertilizers from bagasse.
