南海海绵Callyspongia fallax化学成分的研究

对南海海绵Callyspongia fallax进行次级代谢产物的研究.采用多种色谱分离技术对 95%乙醇粗提物进行分离纯化,利用核磁共振(NMR)和质谱(MS)等波谱学手段,与报道的数据进行对比,鉴定得到 7 个化合物,分别是(2S,3R,4E)-N-palmitoyl-octadecasphinga-4-ene(1);3,6-二苯甲基哌嗪-2,5-二酮(2);β-胆甾醇(3);胸腺嘧啶(4);尿嘧啶核苷(5);脱氧尿嘧啶核苷(6);脱氧胸腺嘧啶核苷(7).对得到的化合物采用MTT法评价其细胞毒活性,化合物1-7 均没有表现出明显细胞毒活性.化合物1 和2是首次从该种属海绵中分离得到,该工作的开展丰富了美丽属海绵化合物种类多样性.
Studies on the Chemical Constituents of Sponge Callyspongia fallax from South China Sea
Studies on the chemical constituents of sponge Callyspongia fallax from south China sea.The crude extract of sponges with 95%ethanol was separated and purified by several chromatographic separation technology.The structure of the compounds was identified by the means of NMR and MS as well as by comparison with the data reported in literature.Seven compounds were isolated from the sponge Callyspongia fallax.Those compounds were identified as(2S,3R,4E)-N-palmitoyl-octadecasphinga-4-ene(1),3,6-diphenylmethylpiperazine-2,5-dione(2),β-cholesterol(3),thymine(4),uridine(5),2'-deoxyuridine(6)and 2'-deoxythymidine(7).The biological activity was evaluated by MTT method.None of which exhibited significant cytotoxic activity.Compounds 1 and 2 were first isolated from this genus sponge.The implementation of this work has enriched the diversity of compounds in this genus sponge.
