香荚兰提取物提取工艺研究与卷烟应用

通过对香荚兰前处理方法的研究,采用酶解的方式提高其有效成分的提取效率.最佳酶解工艺为:纤维素酶0.4%,果胶酶0.1%,香荚兰与酶解液料液比为1∶6,pH为5,温度为 45℃,酶解时间为180 min.同时,通过分析不同香荚兰提取工艺,选择加热回流法进行研究.通过正交实验,确定不同提取条件对香荚兰中香兰素的提取效果.确定提取温度 70℃,乙醇浓度70%,反应时间 6 h(3∶1.5∶1.5),料液比 1∶8.采用GC-MS分析,确定了香荚兰提取物中的有效成分.通过卷烟评吸,确定了其在卷烟中建议用量为 0.005%~0.02%.香荚兰提取物在卷烟中的应用,有利于提升卷烟风味特征,让卷烟烟气清甜温和,具有令人舒适的豆香、奶香和醇香.
The Study on Extraction Technology of Vanilla Extract and Application of Cigarette
By studying the pre-treatment methods of vanilla,it was found that enzymatic hydrolysis was used to increase the extraction efficiency of effective ingredients.The optimal enzymatic hydrolysis process was as follows:the applicable amount of cellulase was 0.4%,the applicable amount of pectinase was 0.1%,the ratio of vanilla to enzymatic hydrolysis solution was 1∶,the pH was 5,the temperature was 45℃,and the enzymatic hydrolysis time was 180 minutes.By analyzing different extraction processes of vanilla,the heating reflux method was selected for research.Through orthogonal experiment,the extraction effect of vanillin in vanilla under different extraction conditions was determined.Determine the extraction temperature was70℃,the ethanol concentration was 70%,the reaction time was 6 hours(3∶1.5∶1.5),and the solid-liquid ratio was 1∶8.The effective components of vanilla extract were determined by GC-MS analysis.Through cigarette smoking evaluation,the recommended dosage in cigarettes was determined to be 0.005%~0.02%.The application of vanilla extract in cigarettes was beneficial to improve the flavor characteristics of cigarettes,make the cigarette smoke sweet and mild,and have comfortable bean,milk and mellow aromas.
