纳米脂质体治疗缺血性脑卒中的研究进展

脑卒中仍然是全世界致死率和致残率较高的疾病之一.然而,目前治疗急性缺血性脑卒中的药物有限,因此,需要建立更加有效的缺血性脑卒中的治疗策略.近些年来,利用纳米材料治疗缺血性脑卒中的方法越来越受到人们的关注.其中,纳米脂质体由于其生物相容性和低毒性而被广泛研究.因此,作者查阅了近 10年来有关纳米脂质体的学术论文,通过检索获得了许多纳米脂质体治疗缺血性脑卒中的文献,并引用了大量相关重要成果,综述了纳米脂质体在治疗缺血性脑卒中的研究进展,以及在医疗应用中存在的问题.
Research Progress of Nanoliposomes for the Treatment of Ischemic Stroke
Stroke is one of the leading causes of mortality and morbidity worldwide.Nevertheless,there are currently limited drugs available to treat acute ischemic stroke.More efficient treatment strategies for ischemic stroke require developing.Taking into account this,nanotechnology can offer some advantages for the development of original therapies for stroke.Among the various types of nanomaterials,liposomes are the most extensively studied due to their biocompatibility and low toxicity.Hence,the academic papers on nanoliposomes were collected in the past 10 years,to obtain numerous publications on nanoliposomes for the treatment of ischemic stroke,and a large number of relevant significant achievements were cited to summarize the effects of nanoliposomes.This review gives priority to the research progress of nanoliposomes for the treatment of ischemic stroke,as well as the existing issues in medical applications.
