Research on Upgrading Scheme of Light Hydrocarbon Isomerization Unit
The technology selection and the process flow of light hydrocarbon isomerization unit in a company were introduced.According to the actual operation of the unit,it was considered to upgrade the unit appropriately to increase product types in order to realize the full utilization of resources.Through the scheme comparison and the process simulation,the final scheme was determined and the effect of upgradtion was analyzed.It was showed that the utilization rate of existing equipment was high,the cost of catalyst was low and the change of utility and energy consumption was small.The scheme is feasible in technology.
