摘要

半导体行业的发展,特别是长三角区域半导体企业的爆发式增加,导致的废水中氟化物的排放引起各地的重视.长三角区域企业废水中氟化物的排放标准区域涵盖1 mg/L至 20 mg/L,不同地方标准的差异也从侧面说明,废水中的氟化物给河道带来了一定的压力,去除工艺的研究也迫在眉睫,企业应当根据不同的标准要求选择最合适最经济可行的除氟工艺.地方更应优化产业布局,引导涉氟产业向重点园区集聚,通过建立工业污水处理厂集中处置含氟废水,减少含氟废水治理成本,保护生态自然环境.

Abstract

The development of the semiconductor industry,especially the explosive increase of semiconductor enterprises in the Yangtze River Delta region,has led to the discharge of fluoride in wastewater,which has attracted attention from various regions.The discharge standards for fluoride in wastewater from enterprises in the entire Yangtze River Delta range from 1 mg/L to 20mg/L.The differences in standards in different places also indirectly indicate that fluoride in wastewater brings certain pressure to the river,and research on removal processes is also urgent.Local governments should optimize industrial layout,guide fluorine related industries to cluster in key industrial parks,establish industrial wastewater treatment plants to centrally dispose of fluorine containing wastewater,reduce costs,and protect the natural environment.
