Example of Process Design in an Industrial Park for Treatment of High-phosphorus Wastewater
The high-phosphorus wastewater treatment plant in an industrial park was designed with total capacity of 1×104 m3/d,0.5×104 m3/d for the first phase.The combined process of"hydrolytie acidification+improved A2/O tank+magnetic coagulation sedimentation tank+denitrification filter"was adopted in this project.By strengthening the effect of biological phosphorus removal and setting up multiple points of phosphorus removal agents,the effluent water quality after treatment had reached the level A of the urban sewage plant discharge standard.This paper introduces the treatment flow of the project,the design parameters of the construction and the configuration of the main equipment in detail.The design characteristics are analyzed,which can provide a reference for similar wastewater treatment process design.
