Urban and rural black and odorous waters treatment is very important in water environment improvement.Black and odorous waters treatment need proposals made after investigating the reasons.Black and odorous waters treatment usually adopts pipe network construction,dredging,giving and recycling water,ecological and environmental technologies.Pipe network construction and dredging are the more effective technologies.The other three methods can also improve water quality and environment.We hope black and odorous waters improvement should have more scientific proposals,improve pipe network construction,enforce the management of the sewage outlets into the rivers and strengthen the urbanization.
