中药材二氧化硫残留量检测前处理方法研究

摘要

建立了人参叶、枸杞、芡实、八角、小茴香、山楂、甘草、阿胶和金银花9种中药材二氧化硫检测方法.比对3种不同的前处理方法,以回收率为指标,优化前处理方法,摸索二氧化硫的最优前处理方法.结果表明:蒸馏时间为10 min,蒸汽流量为60%,样品与水比例为1∶10时二氧化硫前处理最优,加标回收率在 94.2%～105.4%,9种中药材进行加标实验,二氧化硫的回收率为 82.4%～106.8%,相对标准偏差小于8%,满足《中国药典》2020版要求,较此前处理方法更快速、简便,准确度及灵敏度高.

Abstract

A sensitive method was developed for the determination of sulphur dioxide in nine Chinese medicinal materials,such as,Ginseng leaves,Medlar,Gorgon fruit,Anise,Cumin,Hawthorn,Licorice,Ejiao and Honeysuckle.Taking the recovery rate as an index,four different pretreatment methods were compared to optimize the pretreatment method of sulfur dioxide.As the results show,as the distillation time is 10 min,steam flow rate is 60%,ratio of sample to water is 1∶10,the Pre-treatment method for determination of sulfur dioxide content is best,the recovery rate of sulphur dioxide is94.2%～105.4%,9 kinds of Chinese medicinal materials were tested,the recovery rate of sulphur dioxide is82.4%～106.8%,the relative standard deviations of sulphur dioxide were Less than 8%.Meet the requirements of Chinese PHARMACOPOEIA 2020 edition,This method is rapid,simple,accurate and sensitive.
