Evaluation of Uncertainty in the Determination of 5-Hydroxymethylfurfural in Refined Honey of Pharmaceutical Excipients
Objective:To evaluate the uncertainty of determination of 5-hydroxymethylfurfural in pharmaceutical excipient honey by high performance liquid chromatography(HPLC).Methods:According to the guiding principles in the"Guidelines for the Evaluation of Uncertainty in Chemical Analysis"CNAS-GL006-2019 and"Determination of Uncertainty for Chemical Analysis Measurements"JJF 1135-2005,establish a corresponding mathematical model to analyze the sources of uncertainty, calculate and evaluate each uncertainty component, and integrate to calculate the expanded uncertainty. Results:The uncertainty mainly comes from the repeatability of measurement, the preparation of standard and sample solutions, and the measurement of HPLC.The content of 5-hydroxymethylfurfural was 48.5865 μg·g-1,with an expanded uncertainty is 1.2166 μg·g-1.Conclusion:This method can be used to evaluate the uncertainty of the determination of 5-hydroxymethylfurfural in refined honey by liquid chromatography.
