摘要

本文通过借鉴CDIO工程教育理念,从四个方面对实验进行了改革,使简单的验证性实验转变为综合性实验.首先,构思(Conceive)具有专业特色的实验体系.以氧化石墨烯对盐酸四环素的吸附代替活性炭在醋酸中的吸附,增强实验内容的专业性及社会意义;其次,设计(Design)综合实验方案.提高实验的可操作性和实验结果的稳定性;再次,实现(Implement)学生自主可控的实验过程.提高学生的实验主动性和科学思维的养成;最后,实施(Operate)科学合理的实验过程.在注重实验操作的同时,引导学生运用相关理论知识解决实验问题,使理论与实验有机结合,从而提高实验课的教学效果.

Abstract

Using the CDIO engineering education concept as a reference,the experiment was reformed in four aspects to transform the simple confirmatory experiment into a comprehensive experiment.First,Conceive the experimental system related to the major.The adsorption of tetracycline hydrochloride by Graphene oxide was substituted for the adsorption of activated carbon in acetic acid,which enhanced the professional and social significance of the experiment.Second,Design an experimental plan comprehensively.It is helpful to improve the operability of the experiment and the stability of the experimental results.Third,Implement the students'autonomous and controllable experiment process.It is useful to improve students'experimental initiative and scientific thinking.Finally,Operate a scientifically and reasonable experimental process.While focusing on experimental operation,students are guided to use relevant theoretical knowledge to solve experimental problems,in order to combine the theoretical and experimental knowledge,and further improve the teaching effect of experimental lessons.
