摘要

天然产物化学实验注重学生综合能力及创新能力的培养.通过实验设计,以蒲公英总黄酮为对象,结合紫外分光光度法探索不同条件对蒲公英总黄酮得率的影响,使学生掌握总黄酮提取和测定机理,从而夯实学生理论知识,提升学生解决天然产物提取复杂问题,强化知识运用能力.整个实验课程内容全面,操作简单,对培养学生科学探究、开拓创新的精神有很大帮助.

Abstract

Natural product chemistry experiments focus on cultivating students'comprehensive and innovative abilities.The effects of different conditions on the yield of total flavonoids of dandelion were explored assisting with UV spectrophotometry through experimental design,making students master the extraction of total flavonoids and determination mechanism,thereby consolidating the theoretical knowledge,improving the ability of students to solve complex problems in natural product extraction,and strengthening the knowledge application ability of students.The entire experimental course is comprehensive and easy to operate,which helps cultivate students'scientific exploration and innovative spirit.
