Exploration of Multi-dimensional Practical Ability Training Model for Pharmaceutical Majors:Taking"Optimization of Fluorescent Brightener Detection Method in Infant Reading Materials Based on Response Surface Methodology"as An Example
Based on the application of quantitative analysis of fluorescence spectrophotometry in instrumental analysis experiments,we design a comprehensive exploration experiment oriented by"interest pulling",which includes the quantitative analysis of fluorescent whitening agents,the comprehensive application of fluorescence spectrophotometry and statistical methods of response surface design.During the experimental process,students fully participate in the complete instrumental analysis experimental process,which effectively improves students'comprehensive thinking ability and practical problem solving ability."Optimisation of Fluorescent Brightener Detection Methods in Infant and Children's Books"is an"interest-oriented"exploratory experiment in the instrumental analysis experimental course,which covers the investigation of the principle of fluorescence spectrophotometry,experimental conditions,and other basic scientific research ability training.The experiment adopts response surface methodology to investigate the extraction time,temperature and reagent dosage,encouraging students to try to optimise the current fluorescent whitening agent detection scheme based on practical problems.
