EO烷基化反应指示玻片的研制

以NBP与EO的烷基化反应为机理,制备了一种可实时指示EO烷基化反应的简易指示玻片,考察了玻片油墨配方中NBP含量、碱性调节剂类型和含量以及薄膜厚度对指示玻片颜色和吸光度的影响,并用紫外-可见分光光度计表征.结果表明,在NBP含量为 2%~3%、碱性调节剂三乙醇胺含量3%~4%、膜厚为150 μm时,吸光度与反应时间近似呈线性关系.指示玻片通过光源和光敏电阻最终输出阻值信号,无需人工判读,未来可用于大批量EO灭菌过程中进行实时跟踪.
Development of an Indicating Slide for EO Alkylation Reaction
Using the alkylation reaction of NBP with EO as the mechanism,a simple indicator slide that can indicate the alkylation reaction of EO in real time was prepared,and the color and absorbance effects of the NBP content,alkaline regulator,and film thickness were investigated and characterized by UV-visible spectrophotometer.The results showed that the absorbance was approximately linearly related to the reaction time at 2%~3%NBP content,3%~4%triethanolamine content,and 150 μm film thickness.The indicator slide outputs resistance signal through light source and photoresistor.It can be future used in real-time high-volume EO sterilization tracking without manual reading.
