环保型无氰镀锌工艺研究

通过单因素试验和正交试验分别研究了氧化锌、氢氧化钠、添加剂A及添加剂B对镀层质量的影响,并基于最优的工艺参数组合进行了无氰镀锌与氰化镀锌工艺比对研究.结果表明:当氧化锌含量为 14 g/L、氢氧化钠含量为 140 g/L、添加剂A含量为 8 mL/L、添加剂B含量为 1 mL/L时,镀层质量最佳.无氰镀锌的镀层性能和镀液性能与氰化镀锌性能相当,可满足航天QJ452标准要求.无氰镀锌工艺的废水处理、安全管理及药品购置成本可节约 30万元/年.
Study on Environment-friendly Cyanide-free Zinc Plating Process
The effects of zinc oxide,sodium hydroxide,additive A,and additive B on the quality of the coating were studied through single factor experiments and orthogonal experiments,respectively.Based on the optimal combination of process parameters,a comparative study was conducted on cyanide free and cyanide free zinc plating processes.The results show that when the zinc oxide content is 14 g/L,the sodium hydroxide content is 140 g/L,the additive A content is 8 mL/L,and the additive B content is 1 mL/L,coating quality is the best.The coating and plating solution properties of cyanide free zinc plating are equivalent to those of cyanide plated zinc plating,and can meet the requirements of aerospace QJ452 standard.The wastewater treatment,safety management,and drug procurement cost of cyanide free galvanizing process can save 300000 yuan/year.
