Development and Performance Research of Environment Friendly Impact Polypropylene with High Stiffness
The environment friendly impact polypropylene with high stiffness was successfully developed on the 300,000 tons/year loop polypropylene plant by using HR catalyst.The microstructure and properties of the product and competitors were systematically studied by 13C NMR,GPC-IR,Crystex-QC,DSC,SEM and other characterization methods.The results show that the flexural modulus of product was similar to the imports,but the charpy impact strength and temperature of deflection under load were lower than the imports.The influence of molecular chain structure and condensed structure on the mechanical properties of impact polypropylene with high stiffiness was studied,which will provide experience for the development of this series of products.
