摘要

目前中国 PTMEG 工艺基本在使用 INVISTA 技术,这种工艺中对于甲醇钠的脱除目前产生了两种不同的方法:中和法和树脂法,可以有效去除PTMEG中的Na+.本文就两种方法从工艺流程、成本考虑、操作难度、安全环保等方面进行对比,以获得对比结论.

Abstract

At present,most of the PTMEG processes in China are using INVISTA technology.In this process,there are two different methods for removing sodium methoxide:neutralization method and resin method,which can effectively remove Na+from PTMEG.This article compares two methods in terms of process flow,cost considerations,operational difficulty,safety and environmental protection,in order to obtain comparative conclusions.
