摘要

目的:通过考察不同进风空气湿度对不同黏性、吸湿性的中药品种的沸腾制粒效率的影响.方法:考察内容包括进风空气湿度、成粒效率、粒度合格率以及颗粒水分.结果:考察结果显示对于黏性大、吸湿性强的物料,进风空气湿度宜低不宜高;对黏性小、吸湿性弱的物料,进风空气湿度宜高不宜低.结论:建议在沸腾制粒机加装调节进风空气湿度的装置,以适应不同品种的制粒要求.

Abstract

Purpose:To investigate the effect of different inlet air humidity on the boiling granulation efficiency of Chinese herbs with different viscosity and hygroscopicity.Methods:The contents were investigated,including air inlet humidity,the granulation efficiency,particle size qualification rate and particle moisture.Results:The results showed that the inlet air humidity should be low rather than high for the material with high viscosity and hygroscopicity.For materials with small viscosity and weak hygroscopicity,the air inlet humidity should be high rather than low.Conclusion:It is suggested installing a device to adjust the air humidity in the boiling granulator to meet the requirements of different kinds of granulator.
