摘要

系统地研究了由水油两相组成的剥离式面膜的制备,面膜使用时水油两相似一定比例混合,涂抹上脸使用,一定时间后可成膜揭下.本文详细讨论了海藻酸钠用量对剥离式面膜黏度的影响;考察了无水硫酸钙用量对剥离式面膜成膜时间的影响;比较了硅藻土、高岭土及珍珠岩对剥离式面膜成膜后膜韧性的影响;考察了氯化钠用量以及聚乙二醇-75 用量对剥离式面膜涂敷过程中水润度的影响.实验结果表明:当海藻酸钠用量为 2.33%时,剥离式面膜有较适宜的黏度;无水硫酸钙用量高则成膜时间短;硅藻土使得剥离式面膜成膜后膜的韧性比较强;氯化钠和聚乙二醇-75 用量过多会使得面膜使用过程中水分流出,用量过少则感觉皮肤较干、保湿性不足.

Abstract

The preparation of peel-off facial mask composed of water and oil phases was systematically studied.When facial mask was used,water and oil phases were mixed in a certain proportion and used on the face.After a certain period of time,the film could be formed and removed.The effects of the dosage of sodium alginate on the viscosity of the peel-off facial mask and the dosage of anhydrous calcium sulfate on the film-forming time of the peel-off facial mask were investigated;The effects of diatomite,kaolin and perlite on the film toughness of peel-off facial mask were compared;The effects of the amount of sodium chloride and PEG-75 on the moisture content of the peel-off facial mask were investigated.The results showed that when the dosage of sodium alginate was 2.33%,peel-off facial mask had a suitable viscosity;the film-forming time will be shorter when the amount of anhydrous calcium sulfate is higher;Diatomaceous earth makes the film of peel-off facial mask more flexible;Too much sodium chloride and PEG-75 will cause water leakage during the use of facial mask,while too little sodium chloride and PEG-75 will make consumer feel dry and insufficient moisturizing.
