随着羧甲基壳聚糖作为生物材料在医疗器械行业中被广泛应用,迫切地需要能够有效测定其脱乙酰度和取代度的方法.与此同时,存在着羧甲基壳聚糖脱乙酰度和取代度的检测技术不完善,检测方法欠缺等问题.因此,该文简述了灰分分析法、胶体滴定法、核磁共振法、傅里叶变换红外光谱法、电位滴定法、电导滴定法、顶空气相色谱法检测羧甲基壳聚糖脱乙酰度和取代度的原理、方法,分析讨论了各方法的优缺点.最后,展望顶空气相色谱检测技术对羧甲基壳聚糖的脱乙酰度和取代度的研究前景,随着该方法研究的深入和广泛开展,可以进一步促进羧甲基壳聚糖质量评价技术的发展.
Review on the Deacetylation Degree and Substitution Degree of Carboxymethyl Chitosan
With the wide application of CMCS(carboxymethyl chitosan)as biomaterials in the medical instrumentation industry,it is urgently needed for get an effective method to determine DD(the degree of deacetylation)and DS(degree of substitution).At the same time,there are problems such as incomplete detection techniques for the DD and DS of CMCS,and insufficient detection methods.Therefore,this article briefly described the principles and methods of ash analysis,colloidal titration,NMR,FT-IR,potentiometric titration,conductance titration,HS-GC,analyzed and discussed the advantages and disadvantages of each method.Finally,the study prospect of DD and DS values of CMCS by HS-GC is prospected.With the in-depth and extensive development of this method,it can further promote the development of quality evaluation technology for CMCS.
