Research Progress on Different Active Components of Gargle
Pathogenic bacteria in the mouth not only cause a variety of oral disease,without timely treatment will travel to other parts of the body and cause more serious consequences.The appearance of gargling solution solves this series of problems.Gargling solution has various kinds and different functions.When used,it can cover and penetrate the oral lesions,and local administration can avoid systemic toxic and side effects.Gargle mainly includes antibiotic gargle,disinfection component gargle,Chinese herbal gargle,herbal gargle,new component gargle,etc.These gargles play a vital role not only in the treatment of oral diseases,but also in combination with other drugs to treat some influenza viruses and so on.In this review,various gargles were summarized and classified,and their functions and mechanisms were summarized in detail.
