Tumor immunotherapy is different from traditional cancer treatment in that it uses the patient's own immune system to kill tumor cells to inhibit tumor recurrence and growth for a long time.As a sustained-release and controlled-release system for drugs,hydrogels can improve the efficacy and safety of tumor immunotherapy active substances,and the design of hydrogels with different functions can also synergistically promote tumor immunotherapy with active substances.Therefore,this article summarizes the hydrogel-based skeleton and preparation strategies and the immunotherapy mechanism based on hydrogel preparations,in order to provide a reference for the subsequent research directions and the development of treatment methods.
