基于先进控制的焦炉煤气制甲醇过程应用

针对焦炉煤气制甲醇的精馏工序、合成工序及转化工序设计实现了先进控制,并优化了控制策略,开发了精馏、合成以及转化工序先进控制系统.应用结果表明:APC(先进控制系统)投运后,提高系统抗扰能力与负荷变化时的跟踪能力.自动化水平、产品质量和收率都得到了提升,实现了焦炉煤气制甲醇过程的精细化、自动化控制.
Application of Coke Oven Gas to Methanol Process based on Advanced Control
Aiming at the distillation process,synthesis process and conversion process of methanol from coke oven gas,the advanced control is designed and realized,the control strategy is optimized,and the advanced control system of distillation,synthesis and conversion process is developed.The application results show that after APC(advanced control system)is put into operation,the anti-disturbance ability of the system and the tracking ability when the load changes are improved.The level of automation,product quality and yield have been improved,and the refinement and automatic control of the process of producing methanol from coke oven gas has been realized.
