The aim of this study is to investigate the soil pollution of typical development region plots with changes in use,analyze the characteristics of the plots,ensure the environmental safety of subsequent redevelopment and utilization of the plots,and provide reference and guidance for the relevant work of rural homestead demolition.It is a work to take a typical development region plot in Fujian Province as an example to study the soil pollution of the plot.Through the first step of investigation,it is found that the plot involved agricultural land,residential land,etc.,moreover,the surrounding pollution sources include industrial enterprises,involving clock and watch processing,steel products processing,and sports equipment processing.Through rapid on-site detection and soil sample analysis in the laboratory,the results show that the environmental condition of the plot is acceptable and does not belong to a polluted plot,which can be used as a second-class residential land.
