The Progress,Challenges,and Prospects of Sustainable Water Treatment Technology
This study focused on an in-depth discussion of sustainable water treatment technology.Firstly,the study introduced the diversity of sustainable water treatment technologies,including membrane treatment,adsorption treatment,biological treatment,and advanced oxidation processes.These technologies played a crucial role in wastewater degradation,promoting water resources cycling,and alleviating environmental burdens.However,sustainable water treatment technologies also faced challenges such as high costs,energy consumption,complex maintenance,and small technical scales.Methods to address these challenges included technological innovation and policy support.Additionally,the study discussed the positive impacts of sustainable water treatment technology on society,the economy,and the environment,including the resource recovery,reduced carbon emissions,improved health levels,and increased employment opportunities.Finally,the study looked to the future,emphasizing that continuous research and innovation,policy support,and collaboration will drive the development of sustainable water treatment technology,providing critical support for future water resources management and environmental protection.
