Exploration of Undergraduate Experimental Course Teaching in Traditional Chinese Medicine Base on High Resolution Mass Spectrometry
The chemistry composition of traditional Chinese medicine(TCM)preparations which are composed of various TCM is complex. It is difficult to analysis or identification complex TCM ingredients. The qualitative research of TCM is greatly enhanced by the use of high performance liquid chromatography and high resolution mass spectrometry(HPLC-HRMS).This paper explores the application of a high-resolution liquid chromatography-mass spectrometry system in the experimental teaching practice of undergraduate Chinese medicine students, and establishes an experimental teaching method for identifying five characteristic components in the TCM preparation Shensong Yangxin Capsules.By utilizing high-resolution mass spectrometry, students can gain a deeper understanding of the key role of such technology in the analysis and identification of TCM preparations. This could expand the scientific research perspective of TCM undergraduates at our institution, enhance their comprehension of instrumental analysis, and contribute to cultivate high-quality and high-level pharmaceutical undergraduate students.
