科研成果与蛋白质化学实验教学融合——酪蛋白肽-锌螯合物的合成与表征

本实验设计采用化学合成法制备了结构稳定的锌元素递送体酪蛋白多肽-锌螯合物.然后使用傅里叶变换红外光谱仪、扫描电镜、马尔文粒度仪等检测手段对该螯合物进行表征分析,并对其在不同pH值下的溶解性进行测定,进一步探讨多肽对锌离子的螯合物机理.通过本实验的开展,可以让学生了解相关领域的前沿科学知识,在实践中掌握科学的实验方法和仪器使用技能,锻炼了他们的观察、实验设计和数据处理能力.
Scientific Research Achievements into the Experimental Teaching of Protein Chemistry:Preparation and Structural Characterization of Casein Peptide-Zinc Chelate
In this experiment,the stable casein polypeptide-zinc chelates for the zinc delivery were prepared by chemical synthesis method.After the chelate was characterized by the fourier transform infrared spectroscopy,scanning electron microscopy and Malvern particle size analyzer.The solubility of chelate at different pH values was also determined to further explore the chelate mechanism.Through the implementation of this experiment,students can learn about the cutting-edge scientific knowledge in relevant fields,master the scientific methods and use skills of instruments.Furthermore,their observations,experimental design and data processing abilities will also be improved.
