摘要

为培养学生掌握天然药用高分子材料学的技术及其原理,增强学生的科研实践能力,依托于高水平创新平台和实验中心,设计了"水溶性多糖的分离纯化"的天然高分子材料学综合性实验.实验内容包括莪术多糖的提取分离、纯化、鉴定和应用.该实验可以使学生掌握水溶性多糖提取分离、纯化、鉴定分析、数据处理等重要技能.实验设计使得学生对天然药用高分子材料学有更加深刻地理解,也能提高学生对科研实验的兴趣.

Abstract

In order to cultivate students'mastery of the technology and principles of natural medicinal polymer materials and enhance their scientific research and practical abilities,a comprehensive experiment on the extraction of water-soluble polysaccharides has been designed based on high-level innovation platforms and experimental centers.The experimental content includes the extraction,purification,identification,and analysis of zedoary turmeric polysaccharides.This experiment can enable students to master the important skills such as the extraction,separation,purification,identification and analysis,and data processing of water-soluble polysaccharides in Natural product,it will deepen their understanding of the properties and applications of medicinal macromolecular materials.
