Integrating ideological and political education into the curriculum is a crucial method for implementing moral education in colleges and universities.This paper takes the Physical Chemistry course of chemical engineering major as the object of exploration and practice,and integrates ideological and political education into the teaching process according to the characteristics of the teaching content,which is diversified in theory,biased to the foundation and strong engineering.The teaching process is explored and reformed from three aspects,such as in-depth exploration of ideological and political elements,adopting interactive teaching and integrating scientific frontier into the assessment content,so as to enhance students'patriotic feelings and rational thinking,improve their learning ability and capacity to solve practical problems while implanting basic theoretical knowledge of physical chemistry.
