智能制造背景下融合思政创新创业教育的化工材料类课程改革实践

文章以"材料创新创业实践"课程为例,探讨了智能制造背景下课程思政与创新创业教育融合路径.通过对教师的企业横向课题进行教学化、项目化改造,引入线上教学平台与虚拟仿真实验等现代化教学信息技术手段,引导学生合理设计复合材料制备流程、开展材料结构与性能分析,并给出科学的设计实践报告.同时,本文以碳纤维无人机外壳、汽车引擎盖模型等两个教学案例,展示了学生设计与制作制品的整个过程.课程的开展不仅培养了学生的动手操作能力与工程实践思维,而且提升了其创新思维与创业热情.
Reform and Practices of Chemical Materials Courses Integrating Curriculum Ideology and Politics and Innovation and Entrepreneurship Education in the Context of Intelligent Manufacturing
Taking the course"Material Innovation and Entrepreneurship Practice"as an example,the article discusses the integration path of curriculum ideology and politics and innovation and entrepreneurship education in the context of intelligent manufacturing.Through the teaching and project transformation of teachers'transversal projects in enterprises,the introduction of online teaching platform and virtual simulation experiments and other modern teaching information technology means,students are guided to reasonably design the composite material preparation process,carry out the analysis of the material structure and performance,and give a scientific design and practice report.At the same time,this paper shows the whole process of students'design and production of products with two teaching cases,such as carbon fibre drone shell and car bonnet model.The course not only cultivates students'hands-on ability and engineering practical thinking,but also enhances their innovative thinking and entrepreneurial enthusiasm.
