黄柏抗肿瘤活性成分筛选方法的研究

目的:建立一种新型的中药活性成分筛选方法,用于筛选黄柏抗肿瘤活性成分群.方法:在细胞正常代谢的基础上,对不同时间段、肿瘤细胞上清液进行分散液相微萃取处理,对其中的活性成分群进行有效检测,根据色谱峰变化发现潜在活性成分群.将乳腺癌细胞作为活性筛选的平台,在细胞自然吸收状态下,以黄柏提取物为研究对象,对其中的活性成分群进行筛选和捕获,而后进行 HPLC 分析.结果:成功筛选出黄柏中的抗肿瘤活性成分群分别是小檗碱、巴马汀.结论:本研究试图为活性成分的筛选、中药质量的综合评价提供一种方便、普适和高效的新方法,为中药药效物质基础研究提供理论基础和实验依据.
Study on the Screening Method for Anti-tumor Active Components of Phellodendron Amurense Rupr
Objective:To develop a new screening method for the active ingredients of TCM.Method:On the basis of normal cell metabolism,the supernatant of tumor cells in different time periods was microextracted by dispersed liquid phase,and the active component groups were effectively detected,and the potential active ingredient groups were found according to the chromatographic peak changes.Breast cancer cells were used as the platform for active screening.In the natural absorption state of cells,the active components were screened and captured,and then HPLC analysis.Results:The anti-tumor active components in the yellow cypress were successfully screened as berberine and Bamatin.Conclusion:This study attempts to provide a convenient,universal and efficient new method for the screening of active ingredients and the comprehensive evaluation of TCM quality,and to provide a theoretical and experimental basis for the basic research of TCM medicinal substances.
