银杏提取物对小菜蛾的生物活性及其解毒酶的影响

为探究银杏外种皮提取物(GBEE)对小菜蛾(Plutella xylostella)的毒杀作用,本文测定了不同溶剂GBEE对3 龄小菜蛾幼虫的胃毒活性和拒食活性,及其对小菜蛾幼虫3种解毒酶活性的影响.研究结果表明,3 种溶剂提取GBEE对小菜蛾幼虫均有一定毒杀作用,其中甲醇银杏外种皮提取物对小菜蛾的24 h LC50为216.884 mg/mL,48 h LC50为48.781 mg/mL;12 h AFC50为230.083 mg/mL,24 h AFC50 57.560 mg/mL.LC50剂量下处理小菜蛾后,CarE、GSTs和MFO活性引导24 h降低,表现为抑制作用,之后活性诱导升高,表现为激活作用.综上所述,银杏外种皮提取物对小菜蛾具有一定的毒杀作用,主要作用方式为胃毒作用和拒食作用,CarE、GSTs 和 MFO 3种解毒酶活性表现为先降低后升高.
Effects of Ginkgo biloba Extract on Biological Activity and Detoxification Enzymes of Plutella xylostella
To investigate the toxicity of Ginkgo biloba exocarp extract(GBEE)against Plutella xylostella,stomach toxicity and antifeedant activity of different solvent extracts were determined.In addition,the effect of GBEE on the detoxifying enzymes activity of P.xylostella was also explored.Our results indicated that three different GBEE showed toxicity on the P.xylostella.The LC50 of methanol GBEE was 216.884 mg/mL at 24 h and 48.781 mg/mL at 48 h;the AFC50 was 230.083 mg/mL at 12 h and 57.560 mg/mL at 24 h.When the concentration of GBEE at the LC50,the activity of CarE,GSTs and MFO was decreased at the first 24 h,which means the enzyme activity was inhibited.However,the enzyme activities of three detoxifying enzymes were activated after 24 h.In conclusion,the GBEE has the toxicity against the P.xylostella,stomach toxicity and antifeedant were the main modes.The activities of CarE,GSTs and MFO were increased firstly and then decreased with time after treated with GBEE.
