摘要

茂金属聚丙烯(mPP)具有结晶度高、微晶尺寸小、分子量分布窄以及熔体流动速率易调控等优势,是熔喷无纺布专用料的优质原料.实验结果显示,聚丁烯弹性体(PBt-TPE)加入mPP,可降低mPP的结晶度,减小其微晶尺寸,还能降低其熔体黏度,提高其柔韧性.PBt-TPE 也会降低 mPP 的化学降解反应速率,相应调控 mPP/PBt-TPE 共混体系的降解过程,可以获得分子量分布更窄的mPP/PBt-TPE复合物.丙烯基弹性体(POE)可以在一定程度上促进mPP/PBt-TPE共混体系的降解反应,获得分子量更低、分子量分布更窄的mPP/PBt-TPE复合体系,进一步改善复合材料的熔喷加工性能.

Abstract

Metallocene polypropylene(mPP)has advantages such as high crystallinity,small microcrystalline size,narrow molecular weight distribution,and easy control of melt flow rate,making it a high-quality raw material for melt blown non-woven fabrics.The results show that the addition of polybutene elastomer(PBt-TPE)to mPP can reduce its crystallinity and its microcrystalline size,and can also reduce its melt viscosity and improve its flexibility.PBt-TPE can also reduce the chemical degradation rate of mPP,and correspondingly regulate the degradation process of mPP/PBt-TPE blend,which can obtain mPP/PBt-TPE composites with narrower molecular weight distribution.Poly(ethylene-propylene)elastomers(POE)can promote the degradation reaction of mPP/PBt-TPE blend to a certain extent,obtaining lower molecular weight and narrower molecular weight distribution mPP/PBt-TPE composite,further improving the melt blown processing performance of composite materials.
