Preparation and Properties of Graphene/Polyester Conductive Fiber
This paper aim to study the effect of impregnation and drying of polyester fibers(PET)in different ratios of graphene conductive slurry on their conductivity, graphene with particle size 1-3 μm prepared by mechanical method was used as the conductive phase, and polyester resin was used as the binder to prepare graphene conductive slurry.Subsequently, the polyester fibers that had undergone degreasing and coarsening treatment were immersed in the graphene conductive slurry for a certain period of time,Afterwards, remove and dry to prepare graphene conductive fibers.Use a resistance tester to test the resistance per unit length of different conductive fibers prepared, use a single fiber strength tester to test their mechanical properties, and use a synchronous thermal analyzer to test their thermodynamic properties.Research has shown that the conductivity and uniformity of the polyester conductive fiber can be improved by secondary impregnation with 90 g deionized water,0.75 g dispersant,WPU608 polyester resin, and a 5∶1 ratio of graphene to polyester resin, achieving the best conductivity of 0.565 Ω·cm.
