聚烯烃分子结构中只含有低反应性的 sp3 杂化碳,且具有一定的结晶性,从而导致其韧性、粘合力、相容性、流变性、印染及共混等方面的不足,也严重限制了聚烯烃材料的功能化.聚合物的功能化是一种制备新材料和提升聚合物材料性能的有效方法,应用广泛.本文综述了聚烯烃的后功能化方法,重点介绍了自由基接枝和C-H活化两种方法,并对聚烯烃的后功能化研究进行了展望.
Review on Post-polymerization Functionalization Methods of Polyolefins
Polyolefin's molecular structure primarily consists of low-reactivity sp3 hybridized carbon atoms and exhibits a certain degree of crystallinity.These characteristics limit its toughness,adhesion,compatibility,rheology,printing and dyeing capabilities as well as hinder the functionalization potential of polyolefin materials.The functionalization of polymers represents a highly effective approach for the synthesis of novel materials and enhancement of polymer properties,thus finding extensive applications in various fields.In this paper,a comprehensive review is presented on the post-functionalization methods of polyolefins,with particular emphasis on radical grafting and C-H activation.Furthermore,an outlook is provided for future research directions in the field of polyolefin post-functionalization.
