响应面法优化基于环糊精主客体作用的超分子聚合物制备工艺研究

通过自由基共聚作用制备基于环糊精主客体作用的丙烯酰胺超分子聚合物P(AM/A-CD/C16DMAAC),考察聚合反应温度、pH 值和单体总浓度对超分子聚合物溶液表观粘度的影响.在单因素实验的基础上,采用 BBD 响应面法建立表观粘度与各因素的关系模型,结果表明:各因素对表观粘度的影响依次为单体总浓度>pH 值>聚合反应温度;最优工艺条件:聚合反应温度为 50.2℃、pH值为7.9、单体总浓度为20.8 wt%.在此条件下,聚合物实测表观粘度为568 mPa·s,与模型预测值560 mPa·s接近,偏差为1.41%.
Optimization of Supramolecular Polymer Preparation Process Based on Host-guest Interaction of Cyclodextrin by Response Surface Method
Supramolecular polymer P(AM/A-CD/C16DMAAC)based on cyclodextrin host-guest interaction was prepared by free radical copolymerization.Effects of polymerization temperature,pH and total monomer concentration on the apparent viscosity of supramolecular polymer were investigated.On the basis of single factor experiment,BBD response surface method was used to establish the relationship model between apparent viscosity and various factors.Results showed that the influence of each factor on apparent viscosity was in order of total monomer concentration>pH>polymerization temperature.The optimal process conditions were as follows:polymerization temperature was 50.2℃,pH value was 7.9,total monomer concentration was 20.8 wt%.Under these conditions,the observed apparent viscosity of the polymer is 568 mPa·s,which is close to the predicted value of 560 mPa·s with a deviation of 1.41%.
