Circulating Cooling Water System Optimization and Application Considering of the Synergistic Energy and Water Conservation
As a representative of high energy consumption auxiliary systems in the process industry,the circulating water system exhibits characteristics such as multiple users,complex system,and high energy consumption,which determines that the research focus of industrial circulating cooling water is on system energy conservation and reducing overall water volume.This thesis proposes a multi-scale overall collaborative optimization strategy for industrial circulating cooling water systems,multi scale optimization of the circulating cooling water system at the system and equipment levels to reduce overall water and energy consumption.Taking the optimization of a single circulating water system in a domestic refinery as an example,the energy and water-saving synergistic optimization save 25.6%of water in the system compared with that before the transformation,and 23.6%of water considering the long cycle operation,and 25.6%of energy-saving in the system.
