In recent years,the new retail formats have developed rapidly,and its food safety has become a focus of social attention.Rapid detection technology has become an important support for food safety detection in the new retail formats.Therefore,in this work,we review the research and application status of several commonly used rapid detection technologies for food safety in new retail formats,such as strip colorimetry,rapid tube colorimetry,enzyme inhibition rate method,and immunochromatography.At the same time,in order to provide a reference for subsequent relevant research,we provide a prospect fo the rapid detection technology for food safety in new retail formats.
