锂离子电池用高分子粘结剂的表征技术研究进展

粘结剂在锂离子电池(LIBs)电极制造起着重要的作用.粘结剂能将电化学活性材料、导电剂整合到集流体表面,直接影响离子和电子在电极中的扩散、氧化还原反应效率,以及电极结构的稳定性和固体电解质界面膜(SEI)形成,因此粘结剂的表征技术研究对 LIBs 至关重要.本文综述了 LIBs 用高分子粘结剂表征技术的研究进展,主要介绍了粘结剂的本征特性、电极微观结构及电化学性能.最后,展望了原位表征及理论模拟等在粘结剂中的应用,旨在为高分子粘结剂的发展提供技术支撑.
Research Progress in Characterization Techniques of Polymer Binders for Lithium-ion Battery
Binders play an important role in the manufacture of lithium-ion battery(LIBs)electrodes.Binders can integrate the electrochemically active material and conductive agent into the surface of the collector,which directly affects the diffusion of ions and electrons in the electrode,the efficiency of REDOX reaction,the stability of the electrode structure and the formation of solid electrolyte interface film(SEI).Therefore,the research on the characterization technology of binders is very important for LIBs.In this paper,the research progress of polymer binder characterization for LIBs is reviewed.The intrinsic properties,electrode microstructure and electrochemical properties of the binder are mainly introduced.Finally,in order to provide technical support for the development of polymer binders,the applications of in situ characterization and theoretical simulation are prospected.
