目的:调查某吡啶生产项目职业病危害因素水平及防护效果.方法:采用职业卫生学调查和职业健康检测等方法对本项目职业病危害因素、防护设施和管理措施进行分析.结果:本项目存在的职业病危害因素为氨、甲醛、乙醛、吡啶、苯、噪声和高温;职业病危害因素合格率100%;职业健康检查中有2 名高温和1名噪声职业禁忌证;结论:本项目为职业病危害严重项目,关键控制点为罐区、管道及阀门,可能发生急性中毒事故,生产中应严格落实各项防护措施,加强现场管理,保障劳动者的健康和权益.
Investigation and Analysis of Occupational Hazards in a 25000 ton Pyridine Production Project of a Chemical Plant
Objective:To investigate the level of occupational hazards and protective effects in a pyridine production project.Method:Occupational health investigation and occupational health testing were used to analyze the occupational hazard factors,protective facilities,and management measures of this project.Result:The occupational hazards present in this project include ammonia,formaldehyde,acetaldehyde,pyridine,benzene,noise,and high temperature;The qualification rate of occupational hazard factors is 100%;There are 2 occupational contraindications for high temperature and 1 occupational contraindication for noise in occupational health examination;Conclusion:This project is a serious occupational disease hazard project,with key control points in the tank area,pipelines,and valves.Acute poisoning accidents may occur,and various protective measures should be strictly implemented during production to strengthen on-site management and protect the health and rights of workers.
