Research Progress on Characteristics and Treatment Technology of Organic Waste Gas from Rubber
Organic waste gas from rubber comprises a large amount of VOCs,odorous chemicals, water vapor, and oil-bearing particles, all of which have a severe impact on the quality of the atmosphere as well as human health and safety.Organic waste gas from rubber has a wide range of concentrations,a complicated composition, and a distinctive odor, making it challenging to manage. At the moment, the single treatment technique for organic waste gas from rubber primarily consists of ozone oxidation, adsorption, biological methods, and thermal oxidation, but these methods typically fall short of meeting the needs of cost-effective and efficient treatment. Therefore, based on thecharacteristics of waste gas from rubber, this paper proposes that combined treatment process of"dust removal-ozone oxidation-alkali absorption","adsorption concentration-thermal oxidation-cooling desulphurization","low temperature plasma/photo catalysis-multi-phase catalytic oxidation",and"low temperature plasma/photo catalysis-multi-phase catalytic oxidation"has a better treatment.
