Hexi region is the main coal-producing area in China and an important transit station for Xinjiang coal to enter the mainland.The coal logistics parks in Hexi region are dotted with a large number of different sizes,closed coal yards and open-pit coal yards coexist,and the loading and unloading methods are also very different.Due to the special geographical conditions and the characteristics of high sulfur and phosphorus content and strong volatility of coal in Hexi area,the problem of pulverized coal dust is serious,which has a great impact on the environment and the health and life of surrounding residents,and results in a waste of coal resources.In view of this situation,this paper puts forward the comprehensive control system of dust pollution in Hexi Coal Logistics Park,including:setting up wind screen wall,adopting compound dust suppressant and instant dust suppressant,automatic dust suppression spraying device for the coal truck and high pressure fine water mist spraying device for loading and unloading process to realize the control of pulverized coal dust.It is also hoped to provide a reference for dust control schemes for other coal logistics parks with similar meteorology and topography.
