污水处理厂中微塑料分离提取方法探究

粒径小于5mm的塑料颗粒或纤维,被称为微塑料Microplastics(MPs).而作为MPs的"源"和"汇",污水处理厂被确定是陆源MPs进入自然水体环境前的关键环节.对污水处理厂中微塑料样品进行分离提取,是后续微塑料赋存及去除研究的关键步骤.本研究采用 3种消解剂(30%H2O2、芬顿试剂和NaOH)结合ZnCl2浮选剂,对污水和污泥中的 4种类型、4种粒径的微塑料进行分离提取.结果表明:对于污水厂水样,宜采用 30%H2O2消解结合ZnCl2浮选,对于脱水污泥样品宜采用后消解处理法,ZnCl2浮选后进行30%H2O2消解.拉曼光谱表明:PET的拉曼光谱特征峰变化最为显著,但不影响其类型的鉴别.
Study on Separation and Extraction Method of Microplastics in Sewage Treatment Plant
Plastic particles or fibers with a particle size smaller than 5 mm are called microplastic Microplastics(MPs).As the"source"and"sink"of MPs,sewage treatment plant is determined to be the key link before land-based MPs enters the Natural water environment.The separation and extraction of microplastic samples from sewage treatment plant is a key step in the follow-up study of microplastic occurrence and removal.In this study,three kinds of digestion agents(30%H2O2,Fenton reagent and NaOH)combined with ZnCl2 flotation agent were used to separate and extract 4 types and 4 kinds of microplastics in sewage and sludge.The results show that 30%H2O2 digestion combined with ZnCl2 flotation is suitable for wastewater treatment plant water samples,post-digestion method is suitable for dewatered sludge samples,and 30%H2O2 digestion is carried out after ZnCl2 flotation.Raman spectra showed that the characteristic peaks of PET changed most significantly,but it did not affect the identification of its types.
