Cultivation of Student Scientific Research Innovation under Sino-foreign Cooperative Education Model:Preparation of Nanocellulose from Defatted Cotton by Ultrasonic Method and Process Condition Optimization Experiment
Taking the ultrasonic preparation of defatted cotton nanocellulose and process condition optimization experiment as an example, response surface methodology was used to optimize the preparation of nanocellulose by ultrasonic assisted sulfuric acid hydrolysis of defatted cotton based on the results of single factor experiments. The optimal preparation process conditions were ultrasonic time of 31.91 min, sulfuric acid concentration of 55.88%,and reaction temperature of 50.55℃.Considering the convenience of actual operation, the optimal process conditions were modified to ultrasonic time of 32 min and sulfuric acid concentration of 56%,The reaction temperature is 51℃.Under these process conditions, the actual measured average yield of nanocellulose is 90.84%,which is close to the predicted value of 90.41%by the response surface model; The coefficient of determination of the model is 92.51%,indicating the effectiveness of the model fitting.Summarize experiments, cultivate students'research abilities such as literature review, innovative experimental design, and efficient use of testing instruments.
