摘要

将科技前沿领域的荧光探针检测技术引入教学实践,设计开发了一种综合性化学实验教学项目.实验方案包括新型pH荧光探针的合成及表征、不同pH条件下的光谱响应、选择性测试等,系统地将有机化学、无机及分析化学、仪器分析的理论与实践内容结合,同时将科研成果融入教学内容,综合性强且易于学生操作.有助于加深学生对紫外-可见吸收和荧光发光原理的理解.教学实践过程能积极调动学生自主学习积极性,强化学生基础实验操作能力,培养学生的科学思维、理论与实践相结合的能力.

Abstract

Bringing the cutting-edge fluorescent probe detection technology from the field of science and technology into teaching practice,a comprehensive experimental teaching project has been designed and developed.The experimental scheme includes the synthesis and characterization of a new type of pH fluorescent probe,spectral response test at different pH values,selectivity testing,etc.It systematically integrates the theories and practical content of organic chemistry,inorganic and analytical chemistry,and instrumental analysis.At the same time,it incorporates scientific research achievements into the teaching content,which is highly comprehensive and easy for students to operate.This helps deepen students'understanding of the principles of ultraviolet-visible absorption and fluorescence emission.The teaching practice process actively engages students'enthusiasm for independent learning,enhances their basic experimental operation skills,and cultivates their scientific thinking and the ability to combine theory with practice.
