锂离子电芯作为一种高能量密度、长寿命的电池体系,在便携式电子设备、电动汽车等领域得到广泛应用。直流内阻作为一项基础且关键的参数,能有效反映电芯内阻特性,分析电池性能差异和失效机理。因此,本文以DCR测试为研究对象,主要分析了测试环境温度波动、设备选型与精度、预处理或寿命测试过程中静置等待时间等实验变量对DCR测试结果一致性的影响,并提出了相应的改进建议。
Study on the Factors Affecting DCR Test of Lithium Ion Battery
Owing to high energy density and long life,lithium ion battery is widely used in portable electronic equipment,electric vehicles and other fields.As a basic and critical parameter,DCR can effectively reflect the internal resistance of batteries,and provide a reference of performance differences and failure mechanisms of batteries.Therefore,taking DCR test as the research object,this paper mainly studies the effects of experimental variables on the consistency of DCR test results,such as temperature fluctuation in test environment,equipment selection and its accuracy,and standing time after pretreatment.And suggestions about the corresponding improvement have been put forward meanwhile.
