Study on Analytical Method of Indium Content in Li-In Alloy
Among the analysis methods for constant indium, complexometric titration is currently the most widely used method, followed by atomic absorption spectroscopy and spectroscopy. However, there is currently no analysis method for the indium content in lithium indium alloy samples in the literature. When using the complexometric titration method for analysis, the color change of the indicator is not sensitive due to the interference of lithium. However, atomic absorption spectroscopy does not have an indium hollow cathode lamp.Based on the existing conditions,we use ICP5110-OES inductively coupled plasma emission spectroscopy to detect the indium content in lithium indium alloys. This method was repeatedly tested in two laboratories and found that Spark's ICP is not capable of performing constant analysis of indium content in lithium indium alloys, while Agilent 5110-OES ICP is capable of analyzing this sample.
